This product in the picture is made by using Insert Molding method.
At first, the brown part is made by injection molding, then using that part, black part is injected on the brown part.
We have experienced in making Customized Products in Medical and Laboratory Area.
Both brown and black parts is made from Plastic but, it is also acceptable to make products by using Plastic X Metal.

before quotation, then we will do DFM and mould design for you.
2, If you have samples no drawings, please directly provide us samples, we can design
