JC Rapid( Mold Shop BU) has its own work shops , such as CNC , EDM , WEDM, Milling & Drilling Area and Assembling Area . Including offices ,
inspection rooms and injection Molding work shop . We have more than 4000 square meters for this BU .and aim for providing comprehensive
service for your next projects .
Besides , JC Rapid invest more imported machines ( high precision) from Japan , such as FANUC , MAKINO & SODICK ).

Year 2002 , Shenzhen JC Design Office Founded at Xixiang Shenzhen Baoan district .
Year 2004 , JC Rapid Prototyping workshop established , and were working on Cell phone prototyping , serve local design companies dedicatedly .
Year 2005 , Changed Name to be Shenzhen JC Rapid Prototype Factory . focus on CNC prototying . Vacuum casting .
Year 2006 , Starting on Rapid tooling . Steel rapid toolroom set up . focus on low-volume rapid tooling for small batch production
Year 2008 , Moved from Xixiang to Shajing Town Shenzhen , expanded to be 2000 square meters factory floor , expanded toolroom and injection
